Christina, was recommended to me from the Manager who managed my townhouse at the above address in Queensland. Living in Sydney myself, it was vital I was kept informed, and given all the required information in relation to selling a property from a distance. She excelled herself in all aspects of this, with very good market knowledge and sound advice in a very professional manner. She was on the phone to me regularly just about every day, keeping me updated with the latest open inspection outcomes, return visits, and wrote the most comprehensive informed reports, following the inspections. She explained to me in detail the process of the Auction, and during the Auction rang me a couple of times to tell me how the Auction was progressing! She and the Auctioneer achieved an outstanding unexpected result! I can highly recommend her for any future/other property sales, with her knowledge, commitment, dedication and professionalism

Great knowledge of the market, gave good advice on what was required to be done prior to placing up for sale. Got quick sale and great price.
