I found Ratio was only good at following up with me before I sign up to sell my property! I have chosen her because her quoted commission was more competitive than other agencies, knowing that my property would be selling itself! But after I signed it over to sell with them, I didn’t hear much from her anymore! I had to follow up with them all the time. Luckily my property got sold within days with only one open home! I must say she probably has some negotiation skills, as she did a good job in getting me a good selling price in the end! I found Ratio was not a very professional Real Estate agent as she wasn’t even keen to meet with me! We haven’t even met in person! Even after the sale of property! I know most Agents would have celebrated with sellers with some flowers or wine, but she only did it with a phone call! I would not recommend her if the property is not in a demand location and takes time to sell!
