He negotiated a realistic price which was achieved in a very reasonable time frame, and clearly explained where things stood every step of the way. His communication skills are excellent and his responses to all of our queries were measured and honest. There was no huge sales pitch which was a relief and we felt very comfortable with his honest approach. He knows his trade and we would highly recommend him.
