Kat kept me up to date with the current offerings in the vacant land department. Many of the properties we were looking at went very quickly and since i was not a cash sale i missed a few. Kat kept me up to date though and we were able to get a vacant piece of land on Lamb Island. What made matters even better Kat would pick myself and my wife up to show us around. Not just the lots but spots of interest. We had a very good experience with Kat and would like to thank her again for all her help.

I would recommend Sue. She is friendly and great communication. We new exactly what was going on all the time. As we were living in another state while selling this. She organised cleaning, lawns, inspections easily. Costs were reasonable.

Donna was fantastic, very prompt with her replies, and helped me through the steps of selling my property on Russell Island,negotiating with myself and buyer was a breeze.thank you Donna for all your professional help.
