Alecia was professional, caring and understanding Agent. There was a personal touch to the support she gave us at a difficult time in our life. She also kept us up to date with prices and sales of homes near ours.

We got into a bidding situation with an investor, Ricky negotiated on our behalf for the buyer to choose us, over the investor, and his company also missed out on managing the property so the property went to a family who wanted the home to live in, rather than someone who was just going to rent it out.
