4 real estate agents in Oakhampton Heights, NSW, 2320

Could not recommend highly enough always kept us informed, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent knowledge of the market

Very good market knowledge, very professional and a very nice person.

We wanted a quick turnaround and thats what we got, 4 weeks in and the house was sold.

Very passionate about representing and presenting an older style period home. Gave good feedback and suggestions about how to present the property. Friendly, easy to work with, and a direct communication style that helped navigate the process easily. The whole Agency team was very professional in their approach.

Charlie was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our home. She was efficient, fair and, most importantly, honest and transparent throughout the entire process. She achieved a great outcome for the seller while still treating us, as the buyers, with fairness and respect, which we genuinely appreciated. After searching for a home for around 6 months and dealing with multiple agents throughout the area, our experience with Charlie and Taylor genuinely stood out. They were straightforward, professional and amazing to deal with, with none of the games or unnecessary pressure we had experienced elsewhere. There really was no comparison.

A huge thank you to Charlie, Tori and The Agency team for making the sale of our home such a smooth and positive experience. They are always professional, approachable, and kept us updated every step of the way. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and are so happy with the result.

Right from the start Nick was awesome. He gave me his honest review of the market, his sales strategy and what I could expect. From there every single commitment was honoured. He did exactly what he said he would do and on numerous occasions went over and above. I couldnt be more happier with the result but even without it I would highly recommend this great Real Estate agent to sell your house. He knows the market and how to sell in any given market. He tells it straight-and wont make stuff up you want to hear. Thankyou Nick and your amazing team

Nick presented an excellent marketing plan with solid understanding of the property value and comparable sales . As soon as i accepted, the team was like a well oiled machine with marketing, photos, videos etc prepared in a very short time. well organised open homes followed and in in a short time we had offers to choose from. Would highly recommend Nick and the team with special additional thanks to Donney Ristevski as well.

From my first phone call to Nick to the last call he made to me, he and his staff were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. The team run like a well oiled machine all excelling at their part of the sale journey. Nick knew what I wanted for the property and he worked with me to get it. He has a great knowledge of the real estate industry but listens to his clients needs and acts accordingly. Joel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure the communication was top notch. I never had to wonder about anything because Joel was always keeping me in the loop. I give Clarke and Co 5 stars and couldn’t recommend them more highly for a smooth sale at the best price.
