3 real estate agents in Ruthven, NSW, 2480

When Sam came on board as our agent she had a clear idea of whom might be looking for a small acreage and pursued those ideas which brought us a steady flow of inquiries each and every open house and individual inspections. Sam also gave us some ideas as to how we could better present our property. Her enthusiasm and energy resulted in the sale of our property. I highly recommend Sam as an agent eho gets the job done.

Great marketing, communication and great experience. Sam is brilliant.

Samantha was very good to work with when purchasing my new home. She was always available during the process with accurate information and regular updates. She was willing to find answers to questions, recommend trades and services and helped me immensely. Highly recommend her service and will not hesitate to use Sam’s services again should I need to.

Jeremy talked us the through the whole sales process very well at the first meeting. He inspected the property, collected photos and footage and then discussed with us a recommended listing price and value. The property was then listed with an impressive description and photos in a very timely manner. Jeremy was always quick with returns call's and didn't waste our time with tyre kickers during the buyer inspection process. Offers were passed on quickly and the final negotiations left me feeling sure our thoughts would be communicated effectively.
