We have sold 6 houses and the 7th was with Luke. He was the best agent of the lot. He was honest reliable and we thought of him as a friend. His knowledge of the area was excellent. We have never met a more honest real estate agent. He gave so much information about the selling market that when we bought our next house we knew what to expect. Luke Pocklington was my first choice as Real Estate Agent. I had spoken to other agencies on the phone and founds some of them pushy and full of sales patter. After booking Luke to come around to give me a valuation on my property, I was impressed by his knowledge of the local area and recent house sale. Whilst being very informative and very approachable without any pushy sales gimics my husband and I decided to sign up there and then and we did not regret it.
