As people, sometimes we get a little impatient and question the Tradie, Agent or Doctor as to what's happening and where are we up to, which is fair call at times. Getting back to Matt and his experience in real estate, one thing we learnt from Matt was, you don't have to be in contact with buyers bombarding them with questions about: What they think about the property? Are you still coming to the auction ? If you follow the process you know works, give the buyers a chance to breathe and think and the result will take care of itself.
