Tracey and her team have been keeping me up-to-date with any issues or required maintenance, conducted periodical inspections with photo-supported reports, and advised best course of action as needed. She then advised me on the process of selling as well as the appropriate advertised price. Tracey was communicative throughout the sale period, and was very clear about her responsibility versus the conveyancer's. She was patient in explaining the differences in the rules and process of selling properties in QLD, versus NSW which I am familiar with.
