Punctual and Quick to Communicate

Always punctual, not troublesome in negotiations, and quick to communicate. We were able to negotiate and have a rebate close to the price we offered but we were not aware of the 'land tax' that the vendor can ask us to pay off which was equivalent to the rebate amount unfortunately. I was aware of the land tax but didn't expect to be thousands of dollars which I think the developer is supposed to pay. It would be helpful if the agent could assist the first-home buyer with any additional fees that may arise in the future.

A five star experience with a great outcome

I live in Brisbane and from my first phone call with Rowen I was very comfortable with his approach and local market knowledge. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and guided us through the process, also recommending his contacts (painter, solicitor etc) who have been amazing. Rowen was so efficient, holding the first open home within a week of vacant possession, and communicating regularly throughout the process. He negotiated a contract for his suggested list price almost two weeks prior to the auction date. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rowen - he has achieved a great result in a very difficult real estate market!
