I bought our first home through Hash four years ago and sold the same through him this past month. During the sale process, Hash has not only demonstrated great market knowledge and done all the estate-agent things but he went the extra mile. At his advice we first did an off market to gauge some interest, then we went on the market with a great response. This was primarily due to his marketing strategies. Hash helped us aim for a certain sale price and when our initial offers were lower than that, he confidently asked us to wait promising that he’d get us a higher price, which we eventually did. Hash and his team kept us updated throughout the process with various consultations across the open homes. One of our last planned open-homes fell just before the March 2026 hike about which Hash correctly predicted would incur a rate increase which dwindled the number of incoming groups. This all massively helped us come to an informed decision. Also worth highlighting that soon after buying our property 4 years ago, we had to rent it away. Hash was also our property manager then. One aspect of his management was that he never bickered about a few hundred dollars here and there and always focused on maintaining a healthy relationship with his clients. If I’d dispute an expense, Hash would pay it out of his pocket. Finally, during our sale, I’d ask Hash to give me some feedback about properties we were eyeing to buy and he’d very generously spend time reviewing those with us. All in a, I appreciate his services and would highly recommend those. His market understanding is second to none, his relationship building definitely the best.
