My father chose to Nick as his real estate agent as he had achieved a superb price for his friend. We have also purchased from Nick previously and his family run real estate agent has helped us with finding tenants too. Dad had trouble with english and so I was the helper. Nick was superb during the process and Dad managed to achieve an outstanding price. Would recommend =-)
