Great agent, knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional, Jamie is always our go to for selling, buying and property rental.

We have been dealing with Jamie for more than 20 years, initially purchasing a property through him and then as managing agent. He has been the ideal agent for us setting a very high professional standard. He was an automatic choice when it came to selling our property and he guided us through every step of the process. He gave us a realistic price guide which was accurate for the Lithgow market. His communication and timely updates were re-assuring particularly when the first seller fell through. He engaged with another interested party and achieved a successful outcome for us. Jamie has been the utmost professional through the whole process and we would highly recommend he and his teams services.

Jamie provided excellent service. From the first contact right through to settlement and even helping after settlement. Great communication with lots of texts, phone calls and emails when needed. His knowledge of the local area and how market the property were fantastic. He was also very respectful around the property and with our small dogs. I highly recommend using Jamie and his team.

Kristie and her team were great to deal with. This being my first property to sell, Kristie made the whole experience seamless. Always friendly and courteous in both phone calls and emails. Sold the property in an extremely short period of time for the location. Would certainly recommend HR Realtors & Lifestyle Property Specialists

We sold an older style house with Kristie When Kristie first attended the property we were in the process of cleaning up the property garbage everywhere. Kristie didn't look down on us all the property. We got the results we wanted and this process was handled remotely without our direct involvement. Highly recommended thank you

Being a niche rural property, the sale of my place was always going to be challenging, but it was in great hands with Kristie and Johan. Not only do they know the Hartley valley intimately, but they were supportive of my requirements and patient in the face of unexpected issues such as the closure of the Great Western Highway. It was a rollercoaster ride, but we got there in the end! I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Hartley Realty for their professionalism and expertise.
