Daryl was ahead of the game from the outset. He had all the answers and if he didn't know something he was honest enough to say so. As a result there were no unwanted surprises only good ones mainly in the form of a higher than expected selling price. This is the second property Daryl has sold for me and each time its been smooth sailing and an absolute pleasure to with a consummate professional. Selling property is like threading the eye of the needle because if you miss, it can be a painful affair. Daryl brought the right seller together with the right price, and did so much more. With Daryl you are in safe hands.

I could call Daryl anytime. Due to some work challenges I often had to call him at short notice and I could always get in touch. He helped out with all aspects of getting our house ready for sale including booking trades and contractors to get the property up to a good standard. Even though our house was a considerable distance from his office, he was happy to run a couple of home opens in a week. Daryl gave us great advice on the value of the property, the quality of prospective offers and was supportive when the usual challenges arose. I can't recommend Daryl enough as a real estate agent with integrity and commitment.

How would I describe Daryl Cook? Engaging, affable, an excellent communicator, meticulous, the consummate professional? All of the above and then some. In short, Daryl took the strain out of selling our property, kept us informed at every step and was always contactable. His local real estate knowledge is immense, and he is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to his clients. Trustworthy and caring, we have absolutely no reservations in recommending Daryl to anyone thinking about selling their property. If there was a Master Class in real estate customer service, he would be giving it.
