Moving a home requires dedication, trustworthiness and transparency beyond the track record of experience and skills as an agent. Every agent has their uniqueness in what she/he can offer - upon meeting Ed Silk in his Byron Bay office, we felt his gentle connection with people, genuine warmth, transparency in communication and humour will serve us to complete the sale of our home. Ed has truly served with purpose in a time when there were so many events that unfolded in the market and our lives to complicate the simplicity of the sale. His steadiness and boldness in action is what makes Ed Silk as an exceptional person and seasoned professional. His team is very much aligned to his purpose, and lovely to work with. In a highly competitive industry, it is the central person of the agency that brings the richness of what completion of sale/purchase of a home represent. The whole region is fortunate to have such a person of purpose and integrity.

Ed was there to support us as buyers every step of the way. He genuinely felt like he honoured both the sellers and us as buyers. He and his office provided attentive communication and were very happy to assist us as buyers throughout the negotiations. As first home buyers we had a lot of questions and it really made a difference to feel like we could ask without being an annoyance. He was flexible with time and happy to meet us in person for multiple inspections or to discuss our requests. Overall a real joy to deal Ed and his team. Would highly recommend Ed as a chivalrous and personable agent for sellers or buyers.

As buyers we felt that Ed represented his clients with care, adhering to their wishes while also ensuring a successful sale by communicating honestly with us, the buyers. Ed is professional but has a kind and down to earth approach which feels refreshing in the real estate industry. Thanks again we love our new home.
