The thing that Vendors/Sellers miss, is that they have a duty to have a Form 2 available at the time of listing, so the Agent can legally prepare a Contract of Sale for signature when the right buyer comes along, without a Form 2 the Agent is powerless to proceed legally to Contract Stage. It is time the importance of this document was highlighted.
