I had a wonderful experience working with Buta Deogun during the purchase of my property. Buta was extremely professional, approachable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, I had quite a few questions and concerns, but Buta was always patient and took the time to explain things clearly. He kept communication open, was transparent throughout the negotiations, and made the overall buying process much smoother and less stressful. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Buta, for making my home-buying experience such a positive one!

Buta ticks all the boxes that a seller could have. Buta always shows up for open-house ahead of time, he kept us informed of the market updates, never forced for a rushed decision, remained highly engaged with the potential buyers as well as kept the vendor in loop, took deep interest in all steps of selling processes right from the photo session. On top; Buta is an easy going person who sticks to what he says. And yes, Buta also cares about the buyers needs. Keep it up Buta! Good luck.

Buta was a breath of fresh air. A highly professional and considerate realestate agent who utilised reassurance and problem solving to help make me the owner of the apartment I wanted to buy right from the start. Thanks Buta 😊
