Rylee is fantastic, his attention to detail his speedy communication and his willingness to work with parties involved. He has his finger on the pulse and is kind and reasonable.

Having decided to sell I contacted Betty Kay because of previous excellent results. Betty was involved from the start and helped with everything, even the move out. Excellent advertising had interest results from as far as New Zealand within the first week. Two local offers met the asking price and the hold sold within a week. Couldn’t be happier with an agent, exceptional results. Gilbert Charles

Excellent communication, Carlton had given us great suggestions & assistance the whole way through. It was a long process to get my home ready to sell but Carlton was very patient, gave me great advice and was almost as excited as me when my home sold! And I got a far better price than I ever expected! I couldn't be happier or more thrilled with the experience, being as this was my first time selling a home and I knew absolutely nothing about how to do it. Carlton was very patient with my questions & very helpful with his answers. Plus, he was the only one I wanted to sell through, after hearing so many great recommendations from others.
