I have bought and sold property with many agents, and at times you can have sellers remorse at settlement when you realise how much you paid the agent for what they did in the transaction. My family was rapt we hired an agent that delivered what he said he would and on 3 occasions earn't his renumeration for getting the results. We couldn't be more satisfied for the job he did, no sellers remorse. Today we settled on property 3 Blaise sold for us, and it's been a huge weight off our shoulders, we are grateful for his professionalism and market knowledge. I highly recommend Blaise, he will call a spade a spade and I loved that about him!
