This was property 3 Blaise sold for my family in a 6 month period. I have bought and sold property with many agents, and at times you can have sellers remorse at settlement when you realise how much you paid the agent for what they did in the transaction. My family was rapt we hired an agent that delivered what he said he would and on 3 occasions earn't his renumeration for getting the results.
