Agencies in Adelaide

Colin communicated to us every few days on market research and trends and where we stood in the market. He is very keen when it comes to selling your home and he did far beyond his scope to assist us in every way. It was a difficult transaction as we were on a deadline to move interstate and the buyers were moving from interstate to Adelaide - so Colin managed quite well navigating around the different real estate laws of each state. We were very grateful to have Colin represent us. We highly recommend Colin Martin without reservation.

We initially thought the appraisal of value given to us was on the high side and that we could be disappointed at auction. But we soon found that we could trust Ous Property to deliver the results and we felt very confident on auction day. The high end marketing and media along with great negotiating skills delivered us an auction result over reserve and on the high side of the original appraisal. Trust Laz Ouslinis to deliver.. and he will.

Damien was great from when we first contacted him to act for us in the sale of our property. He was able to offer advise on how best to present the home for sale, and proposed a great sales plan to maximise exposure in the market to get the most out of the campaign in the first couple of weeks. Damien kept us up to date regularly on inspection outcomes and feedback from open attendees. We never had to chase Damien on progress updates or for any information during the sale process. We would highly recommend Damien

Ian was great from the start to deal with, very professional and precise. Would highly recommend to anyone with there real estate needs.
