All of this with no opens, no signboard, and no additional charge. Our property had massive views and exposure in a short space of time. There is no doubt that the Sotheby's branding attracted buyers that were a substantial cut above. Our home sold cash unconditional to wonderful buyers that loved the home as much as us. It made our Interstate move so much easier. They were also completely confidential, something that was hugely important to us. Sotheby's is worth every cent and I can't recommend Grant and Ross or their service highly enough.
