What can I say, would have to be one of the easiest and relaxing processes from start to finish. Xavier knew I was quite stressed going through the selling process, however he eliminated any concerns that I had from the moment we had our first meeting. Professional, well presented, polite and extremely open and honest. I was blown away how quickly he had my home under contract and he kept me well informed every step of the way and made it a pleasurable experience. I hope that I won't be selling my new home anytime soon, however if I decide to sell I will not hesitate to ring him immediately. Our property was a little on the well lived older side of things. Anita was honest and so helpful with advice to get our property looking great for sale (all before we even signed with her) Anita was great at listening to our needs with a young family and working around this to help us achieve an amazing result on the sale of our home, in 1 week with 1 open.
