Our property was alway going to be a challenge to sell but over a period of time and a lot of patience Russell succeeded in the sale of our property. He was in constant contact with updates and recommendations on what we could do to encourage buyers. We may not have got what we expected for our home but it was still reasonable.

Colin communicated to us every few days on market research and trends and where we stood in the market. He is very keen when it comes to selling your home and he did far beyond his scope to assist us in every way. It was a difficult transaction as we were on a deadline to move interstate and the buyers were moving from interstate to Adelaide - so Colin managed quite well navigating around the different real estate laws of each state. Kathryn was incredible helping us sell our house in Unley. She helped us build a plan early, and gave us the logic behind every decision. She followed the plan we made and had incredible communication throughout the process. We had 89 groups through 2 opens. She contacted ALL of those groups and got the sale done - very quickly, and we're so happy with the price. Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who helped us fix up the little things to get our houses ready for sale. His photographer was terrific , the photos online and board outside the properties were outstanding. Our choice of Century 21 and John himself was rewarded by him selling both our houses at the first open house viewing. Both our buyers had to sell their properties to buy ours and he sold their homes following only one open day as well. We couldn’t recommend John Leske more highly if you are looking for a trustworthy agent to sell your home.
