When he’s not working, Paul’s fervour is as much at play while spending time in the company of his three adult daughters, Kimberley, Heidi and Brittany and torturing them with lame dad jokes, and being involved with the Sturt Football Club.

A seasoned real estate agent and holder of a real estate sales certificate and business licence, Kathryn’s passion for property is surpassed only by her enthusiasm for her clients, getting to know them, understand their true needs and delivering on the promise. Following a long and illustrious career in the medical field – she was part of the team behind the opening of the first pharmacy within a private hospital in South Australia at Ashford Hospital in 1979 – Kathryn switched her focus to real estate, bringing her special blend of competitiveness and compassion to a sales approach geared to providing the best and most professional service. Outside of work, Kathryn has a keen interest in equestrian sports, having ridden with distinction in the Royal Adelaide Show as a little girl, and relishes in her new role as the proud grandma of gorgeous little Aayla.

Incredible Experience

Kathryn was incredible helping us sell our house in Unley. She helped us build a plan early, and gave us the logic behind every decision. She followed the plan we made and had incredible communication throughout the process. We had 89 groups through 2 opens. She contacted ALL of those groups and got the sale done - very quickly, and we're so happy with the price. Her fee was low and we couldn't be happier with the result, the approach, the process, and the communication. Wish I could give her 7 stars.

Friendly, Professional and very effective

We were very comfortable with the strategy and outline for the processor selling our property with a very positive result - even more amazing this happened prior to Christmas.You worked as a team and knew exactly how much time was required between each step. The extra members of your team - Lou & the conveyancer were efficient and easy communicators. Lou took a load off our shoulders and knew how to declutter. Jody's photography was excellent. Thanks for a job well done with down to earth suggestions.

A 5 Star Experience

Kathryn has been lovely to communicate with and work with on the purchase of our new home. From the first open inspection, Kathryn was lovely to speak with and made us feel very comfortable, which was fantastic as so many open houses do not have a comfortable feel. Working with Kathryn felt like working and speaking with a friend who had your best intentions in mind. Answering any and all questions we had without judgement and willingness to assist was great & made us feel confident. We have definitely had a great experience and if we have any family or friends looking to buy/sell in the area, Belair & Hills Real Estate.
