I have sold and bought a few different properties with other agencies and have been quite disappointed in the past with the purchase and selling of my properties. But I was very impressed with Phil's support in purchasing a new unit off the plan and in selling my house way above the price I was expecting! This all occurred within two months! I only require one open house and my property immediately sold!!! I was so impressed also with the marketing of the property and had feedback on how professional my property looked compared to other properties with other agencies. I felt really proud and happy with the results I achieved. Everyone I spoke to in the Mc Grath team, were really supportive and friendly in a genuine way. Yes, they are required to sell properties, but I felt well taken care of and shown consideration every step of the way. My partner and I had been saving up for a while and finally got the go ahead from our mortgage broker to start looking for houses!
