From my first contact over the phone, Wayne displayed a genuine caring and positive attitude. He really knows his stuff with regard to real estate especially where the market was and is at. I trusted him totally with how he thought we should handle the sale. We spoke about a plan of action and I felt confident that he would get us the best price and in a timely manner which he did. He kept me informed the whole time as and when things changed. Talking with Wayne was more like talking with a friend but with the professionalism of a real estate agent. I would highly recommend Wayne Hamlet to anyone buying or selling. Thank you so much Wayne 😊

I’ve often been wary of real estate agents—perhaps unfairly—but working with Wayne Hamlet completely changed that perspective. He is genuine, honest, and deeply committed to achieving the best outcome. Wayne guided my mother through the transition from our family home of 60 years into downsized living. He supported every step of the process, consistently going above and beyond—even when it brought him no direct benefit. His approach was professional, calm, and refreshingly low-pressure. He built our trust through clear communication and a straightforward, approachable manner. He was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance during what was a new and sometimes anxious experience for our family. Rather than overpromising, Wayne set realistic expectations around price and timing, then worked diligently to achieve them—ultimately exceeding what we thought possible. He kept us well informed throughout and ensured my mother felt comfortable and confident at every stage. His knowledge of the market, both broadly and locally, was excellent. With limited recent experience in real estate, we relied heavily on his guidance, which he delivered with clarity and care. Even after settlement, he checked in to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated real estate agent.

Wayne supported me throughout the sale and settlement for my new home in Toowoomba. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and even followed up after the settlement. He is a very straightforward kind of guy who is professional, punctual and a gentleman . Would highly recommend Wayne for your next home purchase or sale.

In order to sell my house I approached three agents based on reviews. On paper all seemed equal. After having a chat with all three Aaron stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He impressed me with his very calm demeanour and impressive knowledge, especially the fluent and unambiguous explanation of “the sales pitch”. Although initially not the cheapest, marketing and commission negotiations ended up saving me a lot of money and he ended up being the most reasonable outlay. Good job Aaron

Aaron was excellent, he kept us informed of every development along the way. He was very calm and his local knowledge was first-rate. Nothing was too much trouble and his bright, professional and personal touches were very much appreciated.

Aaron was very helpful in helping us find an investment property. He knew what we we were looking for and helped us every step of the way. Highly recommend.
