I recently purchased a property through Smart Listing, with Richard as my agent — and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Richard was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and offer honest, practical advice. I never felt pressured or rushed — just fully supported. What really stood out to me was how transparent and reliable Richard was. Whether it was organising private inspections, following up with the vendor, or keeping me informed about timelines, he was always one step ahead. His communication was clear and timely, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Even after my offer was accepted, Richard continued to assist with everything leading up to settlement. He made sure no detail was overlooked and followed through all the way until the keys were in my hand. Buying a property is a major milestone, and Richard made it feel manageable, smooth, and even enjoyable. I felt like I had someone I could trust on my side — and that made all the difference. I highly recommend Smart Listing, and especially Richard, to anyone looking to buy or sell. Their professionalism, care, and commitment to clients truly stand out in the industry. Thank you again for helping me find and secure my new home!
