We had just gone through the process of selling our previous home, through a different real estate and the experience could not be faulted. We were then in the purchasing side of the game and our dream home was listed with John and to be honest, there is not one part of the process that met our expectations. Extremely disappointed after dealing with another agency and really filled the excitement of our family forever home.

John is a wonderful agent, could not rate him higher. We were so lucky to have him selling our property and went out of his way to help the buyers too. Being local, his knowledge and experience is invaluable.

The whole purchasing experience with Jess was excellent and the support offered was second to none. As we were purchasing a holiday investment it as challenging to get to the property as it is quite remote for us but Jess was so flexible with her time to ensure we could get the exposure to the place as required. Also, with multiple queries regarding the place Jess was always willing to go back to the seller for additional info or offer local knowledge to ensure any renovations etc. could be addressed. Overall, I don’t feel anything additional could have been offered to have made the experience any better. Jess and her team in Nannup were amazing.
