4 real estate agents in Southport, NT, 0822

Nathan was knowledgeable, professional and responsive to any problems or concerns throughout the selling process--always an anxious time.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nathan. We were distressed sellers, under financial pressure but Nathan's calm and relaxed character kept us reassured through the entire process. It's rare to find an agent willing to go the extra miles like Nathan has. We reside in SA so having honest feedback about our investment property in NT was paramount. Nathan provided us with photos and honest opinions about what we needed to do to have our property in saleable condition. Nothing was too hard for Nathan ...who quickly arranged quotes from Trades to get the job done in a timely manner. He stuck with us through some teeth clenching moments. Congratulations to us and Nathan for his wonderful support.

Nathan has gone above and beyond to get the job done. He had organised getting our apartment repainted, sourcing quotes, refitting our washer/dryer, smoke alarm certification amongst other things. He has been a pleasure to deal with and as cool as a cucumber, being very chilled. Nathan in my mind is very talented in what he does, given he is open minded for suggestions & ideas which he initiated. An asset to Real Estate Central. 5+ stars!

Nuriye explained all details of the sale and provided us with very good advice regarding the whole process.

Nuriye was great to deal with throughout the entire sale process. She knew exactly what needed to be done to the property prior to sale to achieve the best outcome for both myself and the new buyer. Her communication was excellent and she was always available when needed. She also went above and beyond by organising trades and attending the property multiple times to ensure everything was ready for viewings. I would highly recommend Nuriye to anyone looking to sell their property.

Nuriye was very nice to deal with, nothing was to much trouble through out the sale. Very knowledgeable and confident. Would gladly use her again.
