He was able to achieve a sale price well above the appraisal values giving me a very satisfactory sale price and in remarkably quick time. We had an open house on Saturday and sold on Wednesday; with a higher than anticipated result. I engaged Jeff as an agent because of his authentic and personal nature together with his professionalism. I was absolutely delighted with the result and the process-thanks Jeff. Michael and his team were amazing to work with, they assisted us in buying our property, including handling all the legalities and stress of finances/deadlines. They communicated with us as purchasers but also our conveyancer and mortgage broker to ease the burden on us which we really appreciate.
