Simply 10/10. Kai is very responsive to my text/emails/phone calls. He is the only one who always calls and reports the progress, no matter how small the task is. The best thing about him is that as a seller, he is doing everything he can to keep the selling price as high as possible, Unlike many other real estate agents I have had in the past they often tried to seal the deal early to make a quick sale for themselves. Overall I am very impressed. He made me feel that I am a valued customer.

Jacob was well presented when showing the open home and very knowledgeable. He was approachable and prompt in his responses to any questions we had. From viewing on the Saturday, to negotiating through the evening we had confirmation of a contract the following morning.
