This was our first time buying a property and we've heard horror stories of real estate agents but Shane exceeded all expectations and kept our minds at ease. We could not have asked for a better first experience as a young couple buying our first home for our soon to be family of 3. Shane kept us in the loop every step of the way and actually took the time to get to know us which made it more personal. The entire way through the whole process Shane was able to offer great advice and a thorough understanding of the whole process. Upon Shane’s first visit to our house he shared with us his thoughts on what we could do to get the best results possible and he was right, we followed his instructions to the letter and he sold our house in 4 days and for a price we were very happy with. His understanding of our situation and how much support he was able to offer was extremely helpful and help to keep the stress levels to a minimum. Most of all we really appreciated how friendly and human Shane is, buying and selling a house is the most stressful thing to go through especially when we have two small children and work full time, Shane was on hand to answer questions and offer advice most of the time. It also would be fair to only mention Shane, his team including Raquel are also great to work with and fill in any gaps where Shane wasn’t available. We would 100% recommend Shane and he will absolutely be our first choice in the future if we decide to sell again.

He negotiated a realistic price which was achieved in a very reasonable time frame, and clearly explained where things stood every step of the way.
