Until a week prior, things were booming and we were set to reach the top price we were hoping for. COVID-19 changed everything literally overnight. The fact that Nathan managed to pull a pre-auction sale off in these extreme conditions and steer both the vendors and purchaser through the entire process as smoothly and as calmly as he did, is testament to his skills and to his style of operating. Whilst the final price was short of what we wanted, in the circumstance it was a marvellous outcome and a real achievement to reach settlement!
