This is the 2nd time I've used Andrew for a property sale & the experience has been excellent both times. Andrew knows the market, sets realistic expectations & exceeds these. I followed all his recommendations for positioning, pricing, & promoting. When are working with someone who is on top of their profession, the wise person lets them get on with the job.
