Roy was also very helpful in helping me prepare to get the house ready for going to market, giving me guidelines on what to remove, what can stay, what needed to be addressed, repaired, etc. Roy kept me updated regularly along the way on any enquiries, updates on home open numbers and feedback, etc. I was very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Roy in the future.
