He didn’t rush us and spent lots of time showing us what the property had to offer. He was available on a Sunday to discuss our offer on the property and kept us in the loop with the negotiations over the next few days until a satisfactory contract was achieved. He advised us on a conveyancer and really went out of his way to make the sale smooth. I loved the fact he asked about our background, what we were looking for and where we were with our own sale etc before we even saw the property.
