Navigating our way through the numerous forms of correspondence was quite overwhelming at times, however Tim made it clear he was there to assist us with any query large or small, and he always followed up his words with action. Having previously had a very mixed (mostly negative) experience with agents during the several months of house hunting, we were pleasantly surprised by Tim's personable and professional approach. We immediately felt heard and that our needs were of particular importance to him. This meant we were able to quickly build a rapport and a level of trust, rarely experienced, if at all, with other agents.
