Michele’s contacts, access to resources and organisational skills were outstanding - from getting contractors in prior to sale, maintaining the property whilst empty to ensuring everything was in perfect order on settlement. Michele arranged a wide range of open inspection options and, took individual interested parties through outside of scheduled opens.
