From start to finish there was great communication about what to expect and how the process would go. Steve has a solid understanding of the market in Canberra was honest about what price range we could expect for our unit and we landed within that range. He set us up with a group chat where he and his team answered any questions we had along the way. It felt like we were in constant communication throughout the process and I don’t think we ever waited more than a few minutes for a reply.
