I emailed and called more than 5 agents in Batemans bay .3 still have replied to me .Sarah was the only one that made the time in 24 hours of me arriving in the bay to give a fully documented appraisal. Sarah was diligent ,polite ,professional and efficient in providing information and as i said a fully documented appraisal . Belle properties did sell our unit after a lot of work put in by Sarah ,and for the price we where pleased with. Sarah and her team run a very good real estate office. I would ,(and have) recommended her to anyone .

Sarah helped guide me through accepting multiple offers even after accepting and proceeding with one offer. It certainly helped make the situation less stressful. Sarah is also kind and easy to deal with making the whole experience stress free.
