I emailed and called more than 5 agents in Batemans bay .3 still have replied to me .Sarah was the only one that made the time in 24 hours of me arriving in the bay to give a fully documented appraisal. Sarah was diligent ,polite ,professional and efficient in providing information and as i said a fully documented appraisal . Belle properties did sell our unit after a lot of work put in by Sarah ,and for the price we where pleased with. Sarah and her team run a very good real estate office. I would ,(and have) recommended her to anyone .
