Luc supported us with what turned out to be a 2 year search for a new home before we were in a position to go to market with Luc to sell our existing property. During that long search period, we called Luc on every property we were keen to make an offer on for his guidance in the offer process. He was always responsive, never pushy, and always offered invaluable advice. It is this continual support during the buying phase of our journey that we cannot speak more highly of. Our eventual time of listing with Luc fell in the mid 2026 property sales downturn which was a tough time to sell. We got there though, and plan to use Luc in the near future to support my parents with the sale of their home. We definitely recommend Luc and the team at Belle Property Aspley.
