The unit needed some tlc and Cara and her team took on the task and had it ready for sale and then sold it in a 3 week period at a price that was above my expectations.
Cara & her team (especially Emanuel) went above and beyond to make the selling process smooth and stress free. Selling a house from out of town could not have been easier. Their recommendations of small fixes to gain maximum results was spot on. The team are highly responsive to email and phone no matter the time of day - which as a shift worker I appreciate! Cara worked hard to get me a price I was truly over the moon with (in this tough current market) and I would recommend her to all. Thanks again!!
