Firstly, on behalf of my Brother, Sister and Myself, Thank you Matt for your 1st Class service. When you first meet this man, his larger than life presence greets you with his huge smile and a voice, he would make a great commentator, which makes you feel comfortable. He then continues to get to know you, listens to your input and questions, why you are wanting to sell and want you want to achieve in the process. Matt will give you a run down on the service he provides through the Mcgrath platform and then tailors the process to maximise the value of your property to the market through the program agreed to, by you the vendor. As people, sometimes we get a little impatient and question the Tradie, Agent or Doctor as to what's happening and where are we up to, which is fair call at times. Getting back to Matt and his experience in real estate, one thing we learnt from Matt was, you don't have to be in contact with buyers bombarding them with questions about: What they think about the property? Are you still coming to the auction ? If you follow the process you know works, give the buyers a chance to breathe and think and the result will take care of itself. Part of our responsibility was to best present the property to the market for sale and again Matt and his team support you in that part as well. All talk - even something as simple as the code to the alarm system was too much trouble - after he'd got his commission. I never got the back door keys and things that were to be fixed (like the letterbox) - weren't done. This was especially disappointing as the agent was the former tenant of the property and had first hand knowledge of these matters. I have waited 8 weeks and haven't had the courtesy of a response to my emails
