Donna is an absolute gem. Straight down the line, no nonsense, but all delivered with style and a big smile. I once arrived to my house to find her casually 'giving the bathroom a quick clean while I was waiting'. That pretty much sums her up - hands on, proactive, and willing to do whatever it takes to present the property at its best.
