201 real estate agents in Launceston

Wayne recently sold my late mother’s property. During the entire process we felt valued, respected and cared for. He kept us informed during the sale period and he went above and beyond to assist us with things that don’t normally come under the real estate ‘unbrella’. Thank you so much for treating us like family and for adding some humour along the way.

I contacted Wayne to sell my deceased mum's house, based on positive feedback from a friend, I was not disappointed. Wayne was very respectful of my emotional state, he was at all times approachable, reliable, punctual, listened, offered sound advice and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was very impressed with Wayne's knowledge of the market, his valuation and the sale of the house was above my expectation. The advertising package recommended by Wayne was perfect for the sale of my mum's house and made a positive impact on the market. Despite me being interstate when the house went on the market and the consequent negotiations, Wayne kept me updated and informed at all times. I had complete trust in Wayne to act on my behalf and in my best interest.

I recommend Wayne to anyone who doesn't want the drama and fluff some other agents rely on. For honesty and integrity there's no one better.
