Rod knew all sales in our local area and his advice was spot on and we spent a bit more money on the presentation which he gave us advice on and it worked and we got a record price for our street. He wasn't pushy just honest and we would prefer to be told straight rather than what we want to hear.

We had a great experience with selling our home through Rod at Urban and Coastal. Rod is a genuine honest guy who is switched on with what’s going on in the realestate market. We would certainly recommend Rod to anyone thinking of selling their home, great service that achieves results! Thanks again Rod ,we are very grateful for all your hard work Kind Regards John&Sadie

Rod was a agent who put in the extra yards, looked after the little things, and those little things matter, to get the sale. From the get-go Rod ensured he had the full brief from us, worked with us to gather background detail, like pictures of the building construction that potential customers could view to get the quality of the build. I believe this helped to get a better sale price. We were always kept informed of the market and how things were progressing. Great work Rod, thanks. I would have no hesitation if getting Rod to sell my next property!

Andre and his team have been nothing but accommodating and helpful in the purchasing process. Very attentive and quick to respond with answers or assistance as required.

Andre was great throughout the whole process. He was helpful beyond his obligations to me as a buyer and I felt he was honest. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his team!

Andre made the process very stress free and kept us updated on a regular basis. We appreciated his honest and transparent approach towards selling our property! Strongl recommend!
