Jason looked after both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home, which meant coordinating two settlements on the same day, something that could have been incredibly stressful. From beginning to end, Jason made us feel supported, informed and confident that everything was being taken care of. We chose to list our property with Jason because he was approachable, genuine and knowledgeable from our very first conversation. He listened to what we wanted to achieve, communicated openly and gave us confidence in the process and the strategy for selling our home. Throughout the experience, we also had the pleasure of working with other members of Jason’s team, including Chris, who supported Jason with our open homes, and Maddie, our campaign manager. It was clear that the same level of professionalism and care extended across the whole team. Everyone was approachable, organised and made us feel like our property and our experience genuinely mattered. Jason’s communication throughout both the buying and selling process was exceptional. He was always available, kept us updated and genuinely went above and beyond for us. This became particularly evident on settlement day when our settlement was delayed due to circumstances completely outside of our control. With the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home settling on the same day, it could have been an incredibly stressful situation. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we could still have a smooth transition into our new property. He remained calm, proactive and supportive throughout, and we were incredibly grateful to have him in our corner. Thank you Jason, for helping us close one very special chapter and start an exciting new one. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us! Chris and Maddy Kay (Watson).

Jason initially gave us a commitment to do whatever he and the team could to achieve the sale at the price we wanted. He and his team provided the assistance and expertise to help us through the required preparation for the sale, and kept in touch throughout the process. The sale was finalised and contract exchanged at 9pm on a Saturday evening which shows how committed Jason was to achieving the sale. We couldn't recommend Jason highly enough.

Jason was excellent at leading his team to get to know us and our property needs and requirements. They then worked closely with us to develop and embark on an excellent strategy with timing, preparation, pre-market and market engagement and sales execution. Janelle and I are very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason Yang.
