His rental properties with any issues are immediately fixed without excuses. My advice to anyone thinking of selling or renting a property RENT yes they do do rentals!!!! GO to Daniel first cannot recommend highly enough. Other real estate had my property for 9 mths 5 viewings Daniel had my property 3 mths 7 viewings and sold think this speaks for itself.
